I contacted Centric because they have taken care of the maintenance for all 3 of our family vehicles for a couple of years now. I let some general work go on my vehichle only to find out I could have saved a lot of money by addresssing the problem ealier. I was very fortunate a co worker recommended Centric for an honest opinion and price. They did a great job and I saved $300.00 that was quoted to me for the same service by another repair shop. Be careful with this people. They lied and took my money, but they didn't repair the car what they charged for. I have to take to another place to fix it and ended up pay twice. Victor is a twisted guy. more

I had some fraudulent activity done by another repair center. I was looking for a shop that would allow me to use their lifts so that an investegator from the BAR could review the car. This shop did not charge me as other shops wanted to charge. They were kind to me even though they weren't going to repair the car. I periodically go for car ck ups since then. Great ppl. more

I have had nothing but a great experience dealing with the centric family. They have all been kind courteous, with the upmost respect in the automotive industry. I would recommend anyone to the shop. I saw in some comments that they paid a little more than expected. People must understand that a mechanic is not an easy task. Sometimes things don?t go as planned and being a mechanic for 20 years I myself can tell you in an automotive world, technology is changing consistently. I hate to speak badly about someone, but if I can help one person by writing this, then I have done my job.\r \r \r \r I went to this shop by a referral from my neighbor, I brought my car in for a small repair, it was about 10:30am, he told me it would be ready well before 5:00.\r A few hours later I called to see if I could still pick it up before 5:00, he said fine. So a little before 5:00 I came to pick it up. He told me he was backed up and I would have to come back the next day. \r \r \r \r I didn't understand why he couldn't have told me on the phone, when I had called.\r \r I was disappointed because, I had asked a girlfriend to drive me, and I had wasted both of our time.\r \r \r \r The next day when I went to pick up my car, I was greeted by a very unpleasant man. He made me feel very uncomfortable, and seemed to be in a hurry.\r \r When I went to pay for the service, I was shocked that the invoice was over $100.00 more than the price we had agreed.\r He assured me that I was wrong. I felt I was being taken advantage of, but I was very nervous to make a disturbance.\r \r \r Since I needed my car and had already wasted time, I paid the unfair amount.\r \r \r \r Just when I thought this experience couldn't get any worse, I realized something was missing in my car.\r \r I keep dollars, and lots of quarters in my dash. I saw that all of the dollars, and almost all of the change had been missing.\r \r It was over $20.00 missing. I was so hurt that someone could be so cruel, especially to an older woman.\r \r more

I just moved in town and needed a new mechanic. My Apartment manager referred me to Victor. The economy is slow, but this guys shop was packed. What impressed me was that he told me my car would be done by the end of the day, Then 5:00pm came around and it was closing time...so I thought i wouldn't get my car tell the next day, but no, they work overtime to get the job done. I got back my car the same day and they did a good job. more

BEST MECHANIC !!!! VERY HELPFUL, EXPLAINED IN DETAILS WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY CAR AND WHAT IT WAS GOING TO TAKE TO REPAIR MY CAR AND GAVE ME A FAIR QUOTE , THAT MY HUSBAND EVEN THOUGHT WAS FAIR, REPAIRD IN A TIMELY MANNER AND I ENDED UP PAYING LESS THEN I WAS ORIGINALLY QUOTED..THANKS VIC more

BEWARE!!!\r \r This man is not a real mechanic, he has no license, and no clue how to repair a car. He took advantage of me, and took my money.\r My car has been sitting at his so called shop for several months, its still not fixed.\r I decided to go with him after he quoted me a price cheaper than anyone around. \r He told me he was going to put a rebuilt motor in, but like I said its still sitting there and its not fixed.\r I made the mistake of going to a cheaper shop, if I would have gone to another reputable shop I know I would have my car, and I know it would have been fixed in a timely manner.\r I will never make this mistake again, you get what you pay for. \r \r \r DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!\r BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!\r more
