The audiologist and doctors at Central Oregon Ear Nose and Throat work together to find the best solutions for you. Their reports and audiograms are accurate and thorough. Rates are fair. The audiologists keep up their professional networking with the community by speaking at Hearing Loss Association meetings. I'll give them bonus points for that! Unfortunately, you need to really look out for the people in billing. It's really frustrating that they have such poor customer service skills and they make careless errors. For four months I received a bill that never should have come to me because the billing assistant didn't follow up with my insurance as she should have. I did my part to call the insurance when I received the bills. One month I didn't even receive a return phone call from COENT. When I brought the problem to the attention of the office manager she was disinterested and condescending. The audiologist and ENT at COENT are fabulous, but not quite worth the hassle of dealing with the other office staff. A medical office should work as a team to help the patients.
