first off i worked there for 2 years and never once did we drug them up or gave them drugs they do how ever got smokes that they buy with there own money and they smoke outsidewe could not stop that and if it was so bad then why did they send him back and why wasnt state called sorry but state has been called out there before and if its so bad they would of shut them down sorry no one shut them down so get facts straight more

BEWARE!!! I resided here less than 3-months and they nearly killed me. They gave me psych meds that I did not need in order to institutionalize me. I am lucky my best friend got me out of there in time. I had an infection while staying at Center Village that caused my arm to explode. I was rushed to the UIHC where my entire right arm was skin-grafted. Aftr my skin-graft and a month at UIHC I returned to Center Village. This is when the staff provided me with cigarettes and marijuana. These are not my only horror stories. more

Stop providing cigarettes and marijuana to your residents. Train your staff. Provide a healthy diet to residents. Stop breaking the Iowa Smoke-Free Air Act. Release medical documentation as state laws require. more
