The service writer and a tech would only replace a mirror that had come apart and wanted $690.00. Elder Auto on Evans put a screw in the mirror and fixed it in five minutes for free. These guys are rip offs. more

This service dept is looking to scam you anyway they can. I have been going here for several years for oil changes and maintenance and each time I arrive, they try and quote me for $400-$1000 worth of "preventative maintenance" that is unnecessary. I have been asked more than once as casual conversation by the sales reps what do I do for a living, and further prying questions as if to investigate how much money I have available for them to take me for. I started taking my husband with me about a year ago since I've told him about how I'm treated each time and magically this poor behavior has stopped when he is with me. Unfortunately this group does not know professionalism and is guilty of trying to rip off women that they think don't know any better or will not take the time to find out the facts. I'm sorry to say I have permanently taken my business elsewhere because of the disgusting behavior of the service reps. It's too bad because I think the mechanics do a good job but it is not worth being treated like a dumb woman even though I am educated and have a career of my own and paying for these services. more

This dealership bought our car and has refused to coorperate and give us the $11k equity that we are due that they promised to issue back to us. They have since sold the car to another party and are sitting on the profit from the sale AND our equity money! We had to notify the local news, Tom Martino, the CO attorney General, Chrysler Corporate, BBB, Colorado Motor Vehicle Dealer Board and several other parties to get any resolution in this case. They avoid phone calls, emails, and refuse to cooperate even when we drive down to the dealership face to face. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! THEY ARE CROOKS! They make promised and do not follow through on their word. more

After filing a complaint with the Colorado Better Business Bureau, Centennial Chrysler contacted me and agreed to rectify their admitted mistake by refunding me the full amount of my purchased warranty. I still don’t understand how a mistake like this was made. Although, I was very upset by the situation and how they originally handled it I appreciate that they made it right by refunding me the money. more

SCAM!!!! When I bought my car at Centennial Chrysler Jeep it came with a 36,000 mile factory warranty. The finance person, Shilpa, explained that I may want extended coverage especially since I bought a convertible and the mechanical components can be expensive to repair. I decide to add what she explained as a 24,000 mile extended warranty. When the time came that I needed a repair I took it into the dealership where they told me my warranty had expired due to the current mileage on my car. I told them I purchased an extended warranty. They explained that I had not paid $1,500 for EXTENDED coverage but that the warranty started from the date I bought my car and was effective the same time as the factory warranty. I told them that nobody would buy an extra warranty if they knew it was not going to extend the already existing factory warranty that was completely absurd. Come to find out that the finance person, Shilpa, completely lied to me and basically scammed me out of an additional $1,500 when I purchased my car. Now I want to know how many other people have they told the same thing to knowing that that they are blatantly scamming people. Not being familiar with the paper work and financial wording I was trusting that what she was saying was true and I’m sure she’s told and sold people the same thing! This is not a dealership I would advise anyone of going to. more
