Cellino Plumbing came to my rescue this Christmas morning. I was beside myself in the snow storm we just had watching a pipe bursting with water along my foundation. I called a few plumbers locally with no response. And I called Cellino Plumbing much to my surprise the owner himself called me back within minutes. The rate was reasonable for an emergency. I was then sent the bio of the service associate. I was told he would be there in 30 minutes he was there in 20. The young man made his way through the snow hauled his equipment tried to unplug the pipe and came up with an alternate plan of extending a 25 foot diversion pipe to keep the water away from my foundation in the middle of a snowstorm. I can’t thank you all enough Christmas was saved. Thank you very much! more

We will use Cellino Plumbing again and I definitely recommend them. They called 30 minutes prior to our appointment which is greatly appreciated. Nick was on-time and very helpful. He was able to tell me the issue with our hot water tank within a few minutes. He also called the company that we have a warranty with and handled getting the new part for our water heater on my behalf. He provided several options and the pricing was fair. more

We had a bit of a plumbing emergency over the weekend and these guys were great. The owner himself called me on Sunday to advise us what to do and we had two technicians help solve the problem (one Saturday and one Sunday) and both were great. I will never use another plumber again and will recommend them to anyone who asks me. more

Technician on time; professional and courteous. He explained the issue and how to fix it. He offered applicable discount to save me 15% and made suggestions for my sump pump which I am going to do. Had our CO detector go off. Gas company came and determined it was our tank less water heater. After turning off all appliances, it was also determined that there was a gas leak as well. Frank M came in and found ALL TEN of the leaks, fixed them and the gas company turned our gas back on. Later that same day Frank and Matt came back and cleaned our water heater and everything works great. I really felt so comfortable with them. I was also impressed that they did not tell me to get a new water heater. Glad to have a company we can trust. We even signed up for their Annual Service Partner Agreement and saved more than the cost of the fee on these repairs. Cannot recommend them highly enough- Gina Major more

This technician was excellent. He explained every detail of the problem and what he was going to do. He explained where he thought the source of the problem was and he was right. He worked for about an hour and after he unplugged the mainline he tested the line numerous times to ensure the problem was solved to my satisfaction. He's very good. more

I love my new kitchen faucet. it was installed today by Nick. it is better quality than my old one. no leaks and very sturdy and pretty to look at. thank you more

Adam came in response to a frozen water line in my kitchen. He came up with a unique way to unfreeze the line - it literally took less than one minute. He is very capable, polite, and answered all my questions. Great customer relations. This is the second time I have used Cellino Plumbing, and I am a very satisfied customer. more

I was extremely pleased with the same day response I got from this company. Jeff Dywan, the technician solved the problem I had with a gas line for a new fireplace insert. What could have been a major mess in my finished basement was handled beautifully with only two ceiling tiles being removed. He went above and beyond what I was anticipating. I would recommend this company to friends and family. If I need service in the future, I will call Cellino Plumbing and ask for Jeff to take care of the problem. more

Tech was friendly,efficient, and got the job done. Rate schedule was very high, and cost of repair exceeded, in my opinion, what I expected. I am not familiar with rates charged by plumbers, and understand why it's so many people do their own plumbing repairs.Bring your rates down to reasonable levels and plumbers will have more customers and there would be more plumbers employed. more

... I often wonder these days how often appreciated it is that something is finished. When Darren had me inspect the final work as he was test draining the sink, I saw decorative rings around the lines covering the plumbing through the cupboards - and that they were caulked - it was a healing experience to barely hear the drain operate as a pristine sink, faucet and countertop glistened under the lights. When I called my wife down to inaugurate the first use of the finished product, it was pure joy. It has been a very long haul with our situation here. We have found fewer reliably high quality professionals than we thought we would. But, of all those we have hired to work in our home, no one has done so well with our intentions and hopes as Cellino Plumbing has. There is no higher complement I am pleased to give than to acknowledge the pleasure Darren has given us with his thorough competence in finishing this work in our home. In this old home, he gets the silk purse award and our gratitude. more

When we had made our appointment with Cellino Plumbing for noon, less than 18 hours or so prior, I mentioned my wife and I had a 5pm appointment later on the day of the work. When the scheduled day arrived and we received a call that morning asking us if it would be OK for them to arrive two hours early, we were quite pleased. It’s one thing to be prompt but simply wonderful to receive a considerate regard. Darren promptly arrived as agreed and readily introduced himself while handing me his card. Without breaking stride or conversation he was pleasantly right to task as he directed momentum into a pre-inspection of the area, clearly explaining the code-related issues to be resolved and conditions of the work at hand. Having a plank home from 1876, code issues have been a bane of routine here throughout the years of our renovations since 1984. Darren’s concision of motion and explanation was evident of the best multi-tasking application of attention to target succeeding efficiency I’ve seen in some time. In a similar field of work myself, I have to say I am most impressed with Darren’s respectfulness, vitality and concern for a proper job well done regardless of obstacle. As one may imagine with a home of this age, there have been more than a few well-recommended contractors apply themselves here, the best to be found. My wife is so accustomed for such professionals to “have to come back” or mitigate rather than complete even the more simpler renovations, that she simply didn’t believe it was possible to have her laundry sink, faucet, plumbing and drains installed in a new first floor countertop and be able to use it the same day. Honestly, she actually disappeared upstairs for the last two hours anticipating the usual. I should mention, this was also her 60th birthday. Our toilet was acting up on Monday evening and Natalie at Cellino sent Mike Duerr out the next day to install a new toilet. Mike did an excellent job reviewing the different options and we had a new toilet installed in a little over an hour!
