Cellino Plumbing was an excellent choice for the numerous plumbing problems we had during the month of July. From answering calls in a prompt and quick fashion (even emergency calls on weekends) to coming out to the house at the promised times. Their technician/serviceman Jeff investigated each problem thoroughly and before doing any work explained what he was going to do in detail along with the charge.....no surprises or add ons after. The work was done in a timely fashion and very neatly; making sure they cleaned up/left all areas of the house and yard as they found it. Jeff was an excellent serviceman in that once finished he again reviewed all work he did along with explaining/showing us what was new and how it was going to work and even coming out after the installations when we had questions on the pump operations. to say the least we were very pleased with their service. more

We had water in our basement; ("panick-stricken!!"), I contacted Cellino Plumbing. On April 16, 2013, Darren came to our home to check out what needed to be done. Unfortunately, our primary sump-pump failed, as did our water pressure back-up sump. He informed me that we definitely needed a new primary (which he installed that day), & if we wished, we also should replace the back-up pump, because it could not be repaired & was no longer functional. I had specific time parameters when this new back-up pump could be installed, & Darren worked with me to arrange that. On Saturday, April 20, 2013, he arrived to install the new pump. It was a difficult job (took several hours), because of the location of the pumps. He had initially thought the work could be done one-way, but due to our concrete pads, he had to re-configure the entire job, & make modifications. I was very satisfied. Darren did a wonderful job, thoroughly explaining everything (including the pricing system) to me. He was very professional, and, I would highly recommend him/your company. Thank You.
