Celebrations Of The Heart

I have unfortunately gone to Celebrations of the Heart twice in the last year for bridesmaid dresses and both times were awful. The first time I went in, they measured me but then ordered a way smaller size then what I was and they wouldn't fix it by ordering another one or alter it so we had to find someone else to alter it. I got a lace up back dress and you could see an inch of my back all the way down because that's how small it was. I didn't gain any weight so that wasn't why it didn't fit. Then reluctantly, I ordered another dress a few months ago for another wedding. I didn't go and get measured because the last time I went, they messed it up so I told them to order me a size 4. Instead, they ordered me a size 10. One of the other wedding party members had a 4 and I tried that on and it fit perfectly so I am indeed a size 4. Again, Celebrations of the Heart ordered the wrong size and wouldn't fix it even though it was their fault. I'm getting married this October and I more

I visited Celebrations of the Heart on three occasions. Once, when I was looking for bridesmaids dresses for my own wedding. Once when I helped a roommate shop for her wedding gown. Once when I helped a friend pick out formal shoes. As you can see Cof the H has a wide range of wedding apparal. However, the selection is not very great. They have high quality merchandise and great customer service, but the do not have a lot of gowns in house for brides to try on. PROS: Great service CONS: Not a great selection more
