By far, Cedar Point is the best amusement park. If you are looking for fast, fun and wild rides this is the place to go. Millenium Force is the best roller coaster around. Magnum XL 200 is also one of my favorites, followed by the Raptor. Soak City is a fun place to visit if you spend the weekend up there. They have some great slides and lazy rivers. If you want a decent camp ground/cabin to stay in, the Bayshore resort and camp ground is a cool place, and the rates are cheap. I grew up in Ohio so I had the fortunate convenience of being able to go to Cedar Point every year. Please note, I am a THRILL SEEKER to the fullest. I've had the pleasure of traveling nationwide testing many theme parks and NONE can compare to Cedar Point. I believe every coaster freek should visit this park at least once in their lifetime. Awesome coasters! Great food. Great FUN! Get there early to stand in line for Mellenium Force --long line but well worth it. Best buy in the park: the boot. A boot-shaped cup that gets free refills at any concession stand in the park all day long!!! If you want to take a break from the park, get your hand stamped & take a walk on the beach -very cool. Ever since 1983, it has been a ritual for us to visit my relatives in ohio and go to Cedar point. i have been almost every summer since i was two,and every summer the park gets bigger and better. i wouldn't want to go anywhere else!!! more

Must say, been to Universal Studios, and that place had NOTHING on Cedar Point. Millenium Force is amazing, but Magnum XL-2000 is even better! Rode it 3 times the day I was there, including at night - something I would DEFINTELY recommend doing. Raptor was amazing, as was Mantis. Even Wildcat was fun. Corkscrew was a blast, and Power Tower was - literally - a blast as well. Ddin't have the guts to get shot down on that one, but getting shot up was amazing. This park is the ultimate for roller coaster fans. Whether you ride standing up, racing you friends side by side on a double coaster, or soaring face down at 93 miles per hour, this park has it all. We've been to many parks in the midwest and to DisneyWorld and none compare to the fun you can have at Cedar Point. Millenium Force is awesome! The smoothest ride and exciting twists, drops and turns right up to the end of the LONG ride. Go there once and you'll be spoiled by this awesome park too! I drove 12 straight hours to get there and it was worth EVERY minute of it. I spent 2 days at the park and did not want to ever leave. Cedar Point has the most to offer for a thrill-seeker like myself. I had to ride Millenium Force and even got my friends to do it. I've never ever before nor since experienced anything like the rush I did on that ride. Thank you Cedar Point for continually building the best rides around! I went to Cedar Point this Monday, and I thought it was awesome. I was there for one day and I rode every single coaster. They were all awesome. My personal favorite was the Raptor though, because your feet dangle. this park is awesome! I got through some of the lines in 15 min. more

Cedar Point has rides for all ages, from Snoopy Land for toddlers to the 300 ft. Millenium Force for the Coaster Fanatic. Well worth the cost of admission. The park makes for a full weekend of fun and is entirely under-rated. You have to be there to experience it. more

Now that Cedar Point has added Wicked Twister, it truely has become the best of the best in amusement parks. Last year I had season passes for both Cedar Point and Six Flags, but the only thing that I used at S.F. Worlds of Adventure was the water park there are only two good coasters at S.F.W.O.A. Superman the Escape and Batman Night Ride. This year I have the combo pass at C.P. and did not buy S.F. season pass. Cedar Point has 15 of the greatest coasters on earth and the two best are Millinum Force and Wicked Twister. You just cannot beat a 310ft drop at 80 degrees going 92 m.ph. and not slowing below 60 m.p.h until the station. The park also one of the best run and managed around outside of Walt Disney World.
