VERY RUDE. 1/9/2011

These are the rudest and most unprofessional people I have ever had the unfortunate experience of talking to. I called regarding a dispute on my credit report, and the woman who was taking my call was extremely ill temepered and even accused me of lying. The people who work for this company are the reason why people hate debt collectors SO MUCH. They are rude, unprofessional, and have no right to treat people the way they do. more

This company is awesome! They are positive and sincere with their approach. I have referred lots of accounts to them and have been amazed at their success rate. Plus, my customers have passed along praise at how CCM dealt with them. That speaks for itself! more

Unprofessional, Disrespectful- DO NOT CONTRACT 8/11/2010

This so called Credit Recovery agency are unprofessional and disrespectful. I used them once they insulted my customer. Use a professional company with a national listing, check the BBB, these guys are getting lots of new complaints at BBB, avoid at all costs. more
