Worst

We bought my ford from them and it literally took 2 days to do the deal. Most of it was sitting around the dealership waiting on them to do their own paperwork!

Jay Connolly has sold me 2 cars and is excellent at customer service and really listening to my needs in what I want in a car. He always follows up and is polite and I would recommend him to anyone looking for their next car or truck purchase. He totally changed my opinion of car salesmen and made my experience a pleasant one. more

Sold on Ford and Jay Connolly!! 1/22/2011

I was recently in an accident in my Land Rover and was planning on buying another one. A friend talked me into going to Cavalier Ford to look at the Edge. I met Jay Connolly. To make a long story short, Jay turned a life-long Land Rover owner into a future Ford owner! (waiting on insurance company settlement) Thanks so much Jay! See you soon! more

Not what I expected! 1/22/2011

I've been making the rounds to all the car dealerships Honda, Toyota, and Ford. And getting alot of what I expected. And then I met Jay Connolly. I told Jay up front it would be a few months before I was ready to buy, no problem Jay said unlike all the other guys at all the other dealerships I went to Jay gave me all his attension and a great demonstration of the 2011 Ford Edge. I was really impressed the My Ford Touch system and the voice activated sync system. I know where and from who I'll buy my next car. Thanks Jay more

Thank you Ford and Orson 1/20/2011

Just wanted to share a note on how wonderful Orson Van Gay was in helping us choose the best car that Shelby wanted. She had played with the computer building herself a Fiesta way back in August and we came in to the dealership and dealt with a friendly man named Orson. Very kind man. He helped find the perfect car that Shelby had built and the next day Shelby had her Fiesta thanks to Orson she is a very happy 19 year old with her first buying experience. Thank you so much and we will recommend our friends to come in and ask for Orson. The process for Shelby was great!! Pressure Free 1/20/2011

I went in knowing what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. I worked with Richard Sinclair and had no pressure to buy something that I didn't want! Averall a great experience and I now have a new truck that I like as much as the one I traded! more

Great Customer Service 1/20/2011

I went to Cavalier Ford looking to trade in my mustang. I had a fantastic experience with John Stark and ended up purchasing a 2011 Escape which I could not be happier with. I will be returning to Cavalier in the future because of the excellent customer service I received with them. I would strongly recommend paying them a visit next time you're looking to buy. more

Great Experience 1/18/2011

I have been making the rounds deciding on what vehicle to purchase so I have been to every Ford, Cadillac, Acura, Nissan and independent dealerships all over the area. I started with Cavalier (Greenbrier) and ended there as well. My sales person was Orson Van Gay. He was very helpful and attentive to my needs, budget and timeline for purchase. I recommend seeking him out if you are looking to purchase. Moreover, the entire staff was very helpful including Emory Fuller and Shelby were exceptional in customer service and willingness to work with me. They made my purchase very easy. I plan on purchasing another Ford within the next few years and will not waste my time going anywhere else. more

We bought our F150 from Cavalier Ford just a few months ago. Our salesman, Orson Van Gay was awesome. He made sure all the detail were taken care of and our experience was a pleasant one. We were so happy, we're on the way out the door to see Orson and purchase an F350 for my husband!! more

As a customer of Cavalier Ford I would recommend them as the dealership of choice when looking for a used or new vehicle. I have purchased my Honda Accord from them several years ago and was very pleased with the service from all the staff from start to finish.
