Dr Caudill is very particular at what he does, because he wants only the best results possible. And the staff are very friendly, but still professional. When I've called I've never gotten the answering machine unless it was after hours. A ""person"" actually answers the phone with a friendly voice, which is rare these days. I'm always well taken care of when I walk in the door. I've rarely waited more than 5 minutes. Nice low key office. I actually don't dread coming to this office, like I have in the past with other dentists. I would rate the whole experience a 9 plus...only because no one is perfect. But, they sure try 😊
