I ate here once. I ordered steak and it tasted like something that was scraped off the road (aka roadkill). They traded it in for chicken, which also tasted like roadkill. The restaurant wreaked of cigarette smoke. Just awful. Do not confuse this with the Cattlemen's in El Paso, TX (which I am told are two totally seperate entities. I have been told the El Paso Cattlemen's is great, though I have never tried that one. Pros: Seems to have a busy bar Cons: awful food more

Best Steaks in Texas 8/13/2006

WOW! This place was great. The atmosphere is totally country & homestyle. The servers were very friendly and professional, the cocktail waitress (wich takes care of all your drinks), w2as equally friendly. The meal was fantabulous, the steaks were done to uor liking, the shrimps were scrumptous and savory, the desserts are to die for too. It was an excelent experience, my wife and my too kids enjoyed it just as much too. \r The prices are just right,(you get what you pay for). Pros: Great place, beautifull scenery, Hay rides!!! Movie sets... Cons: A little out of the way more

Best steak and lobster anywhere 2/14/2006

I highly recommend this steak house. The atmosphere, the friendliness is outstanding. They have the BEST steaks and excellent cold water lobster. Pros: Good parking, Good servers, Clean Cons: a little pricey more

The Best Steak In The City 1/26/2004

My cousin and I went last night to this restaurant and we were stunned to see the size and the flavor of their steaks, my cousin and I could not believe it. While dining with a great steak in my plate we could see a real live coyote outside the window, running around. Well my cousin and I were thinking that the price for the steak was a bit too high at first, but after we finished it, we were sure it was all well worth it.
