Positive experience 7/17/2013

Car was making a groaning noise when making a left turn. Car repair was prompt. Shuttle is great; it was kind of slow picking me up when the repair was finished, but that is a minor complaint. more

honest mechanics 7/10/2013

I was highly satisfied with my visit. I brought in my car b/c I thought I needed new brakes and I was told that I've only used 1/2 of the life of my brakes. I always feel that it would be easy to take advantage of me since I don't know much about cars and I really appreciate the honesty that I get from CATS. They definitely do not take advantage of me! I have told many friends to go to CATS for work on their cars! more

A/C unexpectedly went out of service after 9 years. It is the known problem with Honda. A/C was replaced for the new one for a very reasonable price in one day. I like CATS people and thanks for a quick help. I am glad that I've found CATS when I was looking for help. more
