I've always been very happy with the service here. This particular time I was very disappointed with the customer service I received. Not happy!

From the first time I went into Cats Auto for repairs on my vehicle, I was treated outstanding. They have only been honest, helpful and caring when dealing with any automotive issues I may have had. They gave me the best price to meet my budget and did it with concern for just that. I highly recommend them to anyone needing automotive reparis and advice. my car had hit a large chunk of ice putting a hole in my radiator. Cats got me in the same day, great service, and price was lower than I expected. Runs like a champ. more
