Cat Clinic North

Bad experience with cat spay, they quoted one price, then upon arrival to pick cat up, they charged an extra $200. They are not good at communicating information during, or leave room for miscommunication. I voiced my opinion and paid the up charge. Today I get letter from them saying I need to find another vet, seriously??? They are a woke bunch of females that think they are more important, "specialists" as they said. Well news to them, every vet out there knows the same stuff about cats and dogs, just because you treat cats only doesnt make you a specialist, it just narrows your field of practice. The services they offer are no more than anyone else, and their prices are extremely over priced. I took my records to my old vet and if I would have gone there it would have saved me close to $300 over course of the last few months. They still make you wait in car, call, door locked. Last time I visited they didnt answer phone, and I had to go to door and knock, and when they opened door they asked if I had called??? Really. Just letting every one I know my experience, hopefully it will save someone else the head ache too (and money). more

Good: Nothing, this clinic is very decieving whether unintentional or intentional.. Bad: This clinic told us my cat had kidnney failure. They've been treating him for this for 7-8 months. I have spent over $1500.00 on treatments not counting the exspensive meds and finally took him to another clinic. They found he has a severe bladder infection and NO problems with his Kidnney at all. The new vet has it under control now. The problems this has caused damage to my pet that will be hard to reverse do to the un-treated bladder. There's more but not room here to go in detail. DON'T use this clinic. Other: I will be following up legally to get my money back. I'm not the kind of person that wants to cause others problems. However, this is the most atrocious act of pure neglegence I have ever experienced.. more
