This dental office accepted me and assured me that they were covered under my dental insurance. After I got an unusually high bill for the cleaning, consultation, and xrays, I called the office before I went back in to have two fillings done. I asked the receptionist to call my insurance company and make sure that they were really covered. She assured me they were, and that my insurance company had a reimbursement check in the mail for me. I went in for the fillings, and left with quality work done, but an $800 bill. It turned out that they were not covered, and I got a reimbursement check for about 10% of the total bill, due to the fact that they were out of network. The office was unwilling to work with me and was very cold about the entire situation. I have since Googled the company, and found that several other people had similar experiences on YELP. Save your checkbook, and get your work done elsewhere, or be sure to do all of your financial research yourself!
