Be Careful!!!!! 3/16/2009

I spent a year completing a needlepoint project. Took it here to have it made into a pillow. I asked that the cost not exceed $150.00. When I went to pick it up they wanted $375.00!!!! I asked them to meet me half way and offered $200 - They refused and essentially called me a liar. The kit cost me $80 (purchased elsewhere) so it is hard to justify $455 for a pillow - not to mention my labor!!!! GET A QUOTE AND GET IT IN WRITING!! Pros: They have a great product selection Cons: Get a quote before getting custom work done!!! more
