These guys were really understanding when it came to installing a water heater in my home. We were doing a remodel and kept having to push back the install due to other ""surprises"" popping up. They were very patient and friendly about it, and got us in as soon as they could when we were finally ready. more

Very pleased! 7/28/2009

Things always go wrong on weekends, don't they? After my air conditioner went out (87 degrees) and my company started to arrive (early) I knew I had made the right choice by calling Casper's. The repairman had it fixed in less than an hour, and cleaned up after himself! (without me asking!!) I would definitely call them again. Pros: 24 hour service!! more

Their service is top notch and we are grateful that they are willing to drive a hour to service and install heating & cooling equipment. Pros: can call them 24/7, friendly technicians, very good experience more
