That whole THR thing just came on the news today, go figure the exact day I wanted to sell my gold so lucky for me I was warned about the bad companies out there and did some shopping with my gold to get the best price. The news was right, people low balled me left and right! I went to a Gold Max which is supposed to have this great reputation and they were the worst! Not only did they offer me less than other places, they then had a million reasons why to raise their bid. They pulled out and coupon and called some manager about melting quotas. I was so upset and my mission to sell gold wasn't going well. I then stopped by this Cash for Gold store as my last stop. I just wanted someone honest and fair to buy my gold and THIS place was the best. They did everything right in front of me with the weighing and testing of the gold. They explained all the calculations and they paid me 3 times what others had quoted! I was so glad that I saw the news and shopped my gold around before selling with an honest company! I am not one to typically write reviews on places, but this place went above and beyond my expectations and they should be recognized. The place was welcoming with great staff and nice clean office with candles buring to make it smell nice and homey. I got my jewelry appraised and they were honest with me about it all. They even suggest that i keep some pieces because I may be able to get more for them on ebay through a private seller.
