Companies like this prey on people who have no where else to turn. The interest rates are as high as 180% APR! They say they are providing a service but to loan people money they can't afford to pay back at rates that won't allow them to pay it back. Borrow $1000, pay nearly $200 per month for 6 months and at the end of 6 months you owe a balloon payment of nearly what you borrowed, which forces you to take out a new loan or loose your vehicle. They typically offer you 25% of what your vehicle would sell for privately. It is a win win situation that is making people rich taking advantage of people. These loans are no different than the Pay Day loans that the Arizona people outlawed on a ballot referendum, the people of Arizona need to rise up against these blood suckers and shut them down too. more

My husband lost his job and a few of our bills started to pile up, I went to Cash Time and took out a loan to catch up. (Electricity is a good thing to be current on). Fortunately my husband found a new job so I only had to keep the loan for 4 months. When I went to pay off the loan they do not take credit cards, so that was a little bit of a pain, but not too bad. I found this company to be very helpful in my time of need. I did become delinquent at one point but found there customer service to be very helpful and understanding. All I had to do is keep in communication with them regarding my account. They were extremely helpful and I would recommend them to anyone. Pros: very personable, you get face to face contact more

Unfortunately, the other girls respsonse to this place is accurate. I only hope someone see's these reviews and thinks twice. i was paying my bill, and was late 2 days with payment due to being in the hospital. do they care? no. they sneak up in the wee hours of the morning to take your car. the LEAST they could do is take my car in day light so that I at least know it was repo'd not stolen. to get it back i had to pay twice the ammount i borrowed. It is a sad day when the money grubbers go to a young girls house and drive away with her car. This is what is in store for those whom so desperatly reach into the pockets of these people to borrow.\r They came to the house at 4:00AM,quietly sneaking up to the car to drive it away to sell it to get the 80.00 dollars owed to them. The repo man was met and found a young girl and her baby with nothing but a car in subsidized housing and found it rather sickining to take the only way for her to get to work and make a living to pay the bills. She had called and made arrangements for the 80.00 to be paid that day, but for some reason a bolder, more callused repo man came at noon and drove the car away. After calling all afternoon to get resolution,ignorance and wonder was all the management at CASH Time could respond with. No answers, no car. I guess this is where some people feel the need to take things into their own hands. Very little is done to regulate these people. They are the last place to go when one needs help.The end is usually bad, this is what they BANK on. more
