If anyone is looking for a great place for a microderm and chemical peel, Monarch Health is the place to go. I purchased a groupon and found Dr. Cole-Sedivy. Her staff is very friendly & well informed on the latest and up to date cosmetic procedures. They got me started on the Obagi product line and love the results. They offer many seminars and patient gatherings throughout the year. Those are great to network & hear about other patient information. A great experience. Monarch Health is the best. more

I just recently became a new patient at Monarch and I couldnt be happier. The staff is extremely friendly and the office is very welcoming. Dr. Cole-Sedivy and CNP Joyce Casey have both been very helpful and professional with my procedure (laser hair removal). When I received quotes from other places in the area Monarch was also the MOST competitive with prices. I would highly recommend Monarch to anyone and I will continue to get all of my treatments done there. OVERALL PLEASURE! more

I have visited Dr. Cole-Sedivy's office four times in the past year for Dysport Injections and have already scheduled my fifth series for December. Not only is everyone who work's in the office completely professional, they are friendly. Dr. Cole-Sedivy always studies my face before performing the injections and hits the ""right spot"" every time. I never look un-natural after my Dysport injections, just refreshed. Essentially, every time I visit Monarch Health I leave looking great and it doesn't break the bank either. I will be a ""forever patient"" at Monarch Health. more

I receive excellent care and treatment at Monarch Health. I have gone for many concerns ranging from acne to anxiety. The staff is friendly, welcoming and will get to know you personally after just a few visits. I would definitely recommend this practice for any health concerns you may have! It will probably become your lifetime doctor's office. more

Amal, the esthetician, is very sweet and listens to exactly what you need. I would recommend this practice for anyone looking for a primary care doctor or any cosmetology services! more

Best Primary Doctor in town! 8/3/2013

Dr. Cole-Sedivy is an excellent doctor! She has taken care of my family for over ten years. She is thorough and takes the time to listen to your questions and make sure you understand your health. She helped my through an emergency a couple years ago. She was on the phone with my emergency room doctor in the middle of the night making sure I got the care I needed. I have sent many people to her practice who remain happy patients! more

I have been to Monarch Health on 3 separate occasions now. I am thoroughly impressed with how fast and efficient the staff is. I used a Groupon twice for Dysport and also got some filler in my laugh lines the last time. I just booked my 4th appointment for more Dysport. Some of these ""tips"" seem to be from needy people. You have to understand this is a doctor's office that specializes in cosmetic procedures. As with most doctor's offices, they are busy and sometimes there is a small wait in the ""waiting area"". Well worth the price and I would recommend Dr. Cole-Sedivy & staff to anyone. more

It has been awhile since I went to Monarch for skin problems. At that time it was impossible to see the doctor and only an assistant who had just had a breast enhancement would see me. She wore an embarassingly lowcut top and insisted that I needed hundreds of dollars in various creams, etc. Must say...it was disappointing to have no success in seeing the doctor and have a medically untrained person push products on me. Seems totally unprofessional! more

Don't go there. Don't go to this practice for any cosmetic procedures. I used their chemical peeling, Botox, and filler. The level of expertise is not acceptable. You will be better off throwing money out the window. I am not new in this area. This place is the worst by far. The staff and doctor don't know what they are doing. Dr. Cole is neither a plastic surgeon nor dermatologist, but she performs all aesthetic services. They make you sign the consent form stating that they are not responsible for results. If you complain in other places, they give you free touch-ups, but this place has no free touch ups and you have to pay for any additional touch up. Touch up price is same price as new procedure. When I complained, they made it clear to me that they are not responsible for unsatisfactory results. What kind of place is this!! They are a thief! more

Cannot say enough good things about this practice! 5/19/2012

I have been a patient of Monarch Health for many years and have referred literally dozens of friends and loved ones. The staff has always treated me very well and I receive excellent care at this practice. Finding a doctor in the Columbus area with whom I felt comfortable and appreciated by was difficult. I have been a patient since 1996 and would not think of going anywhere else. I referred a friend of mine who came across this site and some of the negative reviews, therefor, I thought it only fair that I give the perspective of a long time patient. Pros: null Cons: null more

They are in it for the money. They do not care about their patients as much as they care about the money. They look at you as a number. Fees and charges are beyond outrageous, and you will be lucky if you can have an appointment with the doctor or talk to the doctor over the phone. Product pushers 3/21/2012

I went because of a groupon or living social special on laser hair removal I was required to go to a consultation first. By the time I was done with the consultation they had tried to add another $3500 worth of products and services. During my laser treatment the doctor come in to introduce herself and the next thing I know she was suggesting all this stuff I needed. It's obvious that they are paid to upsell and push their services. Also doesn't have convenient times. Just going untii treatment done. I suggest Advanced Laser next door. Friendly Staff, Fast Treatments 2/15/2012

I purchased laser hair treatments from Monarch Health and have been extremely impressed with the results. I am only halfway through my scheduled treatments but I notice dramatic reduction in hair growth! The staff are incredibly friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They take the time to explain the process and answer all of my questions and concerns. The best thing about Monarch is that they this new laser that cuts my treatment time in half and doesn't hurt a bit! Now I can get a full treatment in less than an hour! Pros: null Cons: null more

Good luck getting an evening appointment 4/24/2011

I purchased 5 laser treatments through a Groupon ad they did. I was told at my initial evaluation that I needed to schedule treatments every 4-5 weeks for optimal results. I explained that I work during the week so needed evening or weekend appointments. I was assured they would be no problem. It has been an ongoing problem. I had to cancel an appointment I have three days from now and in trying to reschedule, I was told the next available appointment would be at least 3 months from now. Care is good, but if you need evenings or weekends, go somewhere else! more
