The food was pretty good and surprisingly filling. We ordered the tapas sampler (nice assortment of tapas dishes, a lot of seafood), corn soup, and wild mushroom empanadas. The soup was the biggest disappointment... it had an anise flavor that just didn't work with corn. And it came in a tiny bowl/shallow dish for $7.50! Although, because it tasted bad, we were glad that the dish was small. The wild mushroom empanadas had a strange sour flavor, not sure if it was from the mushrooms or cheese, but in the end, it wasn't something that I'd rave about. The sangria was very fruity and sweet, a good choice. On the Friday night that we went, there was a live band (great music!) so it was difficult to have conversation, but overall, it felt really fun and lively. I would definitely go again to try other dishes, like the paella.
Pros: Lively ambience, good sangria
Cons: a little too loud
