Cascade Mazda added an alternator to my Mazda. They charged me over $300 for the alternator plus over 2hours labor. The alternator lasted 10 months, they refused to replace it. when I had the aternator repaced at another garage the told me that Casade had use an Auto Zone rebuilt alternator. They repaced it with a much better alternator for $200 and only charge me for 45 minutes labor. Pros: will take Visa, will take checks, will take cash Cons: POOR WARRANTIES, high labor, cheap parts more

Excellent Service Department 11/10/2005

We actually have used the Porsche service department of this facility on a couple of different occasions. They are very quick to squeeze you in for an emergency appointment and have never made us feel like we're being "sold." They only offer to take care of the services you require and will be up front about what's crucial and what's not that important. Recently my husband blew a tire out of town and called them to ask if they could refer him to a Porsche dealer where he was stranded. They really went the extra mile to assist him. Excellent customer service. PROS: Excellent Customer Service CONS: Expensive due to Porsche specialty parts, Labor Reasonable. more
