Ever since I moved to Colorado 2 years ago..I've developed a nasty habit for green chile. I got the chance to finally visit New Mexico, and the first thing on the agenda was to find an amazing New Mexican restaurant. We had locals take us here. What can I say, this place was tops. We enjoyed a nice fall evening on the big patio. \r

I ordered the chicken enchiladas christmas since I wanted to try both the green and red chile. I was not a fan of the red-it had some smokey undertones to it. I'm not big on red to begin with but I did want to try it anyways. However, the green chile was fantastic! And both were about the same consistency of heat, which I loved! I loved the green chile so much that I purchased a jar of it when I left for $5! \r
BF got the sopapilla burger that this place made famous. I love the sopapillas! And on a burger, it was that much more amazing. Oh and every meal comes with a sopapilla on the side. Don't forget the honey!\r

Definitely recommend this place if you are looking for decent, affordable NM cuisine.
