Worst

Have had 2 ok massages from there. And an not very good facial. Love the steam room, hair stylists and waxing experiences there. Think I'll go elsewhere for massages and facial, b...

Hair wash, style 10/20/2011

Wonderful experience. The head massage was fantastic, and I loved every second of it. The stylist was very cordial and very experienced and made my hair look beautiful. I have a follow-up appointment that I am looking forward to. more

Jack is Kind and has the knowledge to take away the pain!! 10/19/2011

Jack is the one to ask for ! The man knows how to take care of all you lumps and bumps. He is educated with the knowledge to understand your pain. I have been going to Jack for about 4 months now and my neck, scholders and arms are so much better. I can now do things I haven't done for years. more

I love my stylist..but wasn't satisfied with part of the hairut gave it a few day and then came back I've never had another salonC HARGE for a fix? Plus I didn't get my aveda salon discount iwas befudled honestly still not happy with this haircut...the last 3 were perfect! But I'm gonna wait a few months (growth.)..and then decied if I will go back here. more

HairCut with Sophia 10/14/2011

Today I arrived at the Salon and gave Sophia free reign with my hair. I gave her only one stipulation. It had to be easy for me to style. She immediately had an idea. I could see how happy she was with being given the opportunity to be creative. I love my new style. more

My Casa Verda Spa experience 10/14/2011

everything was wonderful, but I had a surprise when I went to pay for the services. I had a gift card that I thought I would pay for 90% of it, from what I understood by the pamphlet with the gift card listing all services and prices. When I made my appointment, the employee did not inform me on the levels of service. Needless to say I paid up to 60$ more than I expected. more

I totally enjoyed my hair cut that i received this evening. It was a very relaxing environment. I would of liked to have had my hair colored also but i cannot afford the prices you have on coloring. more

Increase without an upgrade 10/11/2011

I absolutely love Sophia, the girl who waxes me, she's fantastic. I want to make sure this review has nothing to do with her, she deserves 5 stars. My gripe is that the price of my service went up 20 (TWENTY!?!?!?!) dollars without any explanation of why. Last time I was there I paid $51 and today I paid $69. That is absolutely ridiculous. I have been visiting Casa Verde for almost 2 years and I love it there, but after today I'm contemplating going elsewhere. more

I've had my hair and brows done with April twice now. She does an excellent job and provides individualized attention. Everyone there is courteous and provides an exceptional level of customer service. I highly recommend Casa Verde and will be returning myself for all my salon spa needs. more
