Staff is always polite.....but 12/4/2011

I have been a client with Casa Verde for about 5 years. For the most part I'm very pleased with the staff and the service I receive but I am starting to get irritated with the constant "pressure" to purchase products. I have tried the Aveda products but do not like the results. I feel that my business is not appreciated it I do not purchase Aveda products. Have been considering changing salons. more

Love my haircut!!!! 12/3/2011

You guys are super awesome! I am a stay at home mom who usually has a 2 year old at my side every where I go. My hubby came home early and I called to see if you could squeeze me in yesterday. Not only did I have an appointment, I just love my hair cut and the service you provide...EVERY TIME!!! Thanks!!! I will be back! more

I've been going to Casa Verde for probably 5 years now. I always go with Sophia who is the absolute best!! She is so personable and friendly. Wouldn't ever go to anyone else!! I put my trust in her and she has yet to let me down!! more

I waited about 10 min for my waxing tech which normally irks me ... However after meeting Renee I was so impressed with her and her skill I didn't think anything of it further. Renee was incredible won't go with anyone else more

Therepeutic facial 11/21/2011

I enjoyed my facial. My estetician did a good job. My only complaint is that I was scheduled for a 75 minute facial but only felt like I received a 60 minute session. We started the session at 3:10 and were done an hour later. Does the 75 minute time include the time it takes to get dressed/undressed? more

I have really really long hair and Ive had a hell of a time finding someone that is willing to take their time with me - especially when they color my hair. I've been seeing Erin for about a year now and EVERY appointment I feel like I have her undivided attention and she GREAT about talking with me regarding changes in my cut, changes in my color - she gives me the pros and cons and I respect her opinion. I've been very happy going to Casa Verde.... Oh, and I LOVE the text reminders. PLEASE continue to do that! And thank you for being so accommodating when I need to change my appointments...and I like the yummy cucumber water. Okay, thats all I'll write. more

I look forward to coming to Casa Verde for my regular spa treatments. No matter how tired I may be feeling when I walk in, I'm always smiling when I walk out. Every staff member in Casa Verde is helpful and happy. They make you feel like you're someone special. more
