Horrible place to live. I would give it less than 1 star if i could. It used to be a good place to live when i first moved in but they switched to this new management and that are absolutely terrible!! They have no clue what they are doing. They lose rent checks all the time. Once they even credited my rent check on another persons apt. Out of the blue they will randomly decide that you owe them money for something they never even told you about. Don Pros: null Cons: null more

  • Furnished and Unfurnished Apartment, located one block east of the OSU campus.  Within walking distance of banking, shopping, and dining. Our complex is medium in size with 108 units, both one and two-bedrooms.

    Our complex offers a variety of benefits. We have a professional onsite-maintenance staff and management, who can be reached 24 hours a day. We are an all-bills-paid complex (excluding phone and internet), which saves on hefty utility deposits and variations in billing cycles. We offer both furnished and unfurnished units, designated resident parking, two onsite laundry facilities, and summer storage rates.
