Best

We still dream about the time we spent at the Casa The service was excelent, the resurant and bar superb. There is no better place to enjoy Key West Pros: service, food, value

Worst

not a value here...the view was of a roof...this place is tired, The bed and bedding was very nice as it should be...however the pool was cloudy...and the over charges are a jok...

Will not return... 7/10/2011

On the Beach 8/13/2002

Luxury and comfort right on the oceanfront. Private beach on the ocean is the cleanest in Key West. An original resort with all you need right on the property. AND THE BUILDING HAS WITHSTOOD HURRICANES FOR DECADES. more

Doesn't live up to expectations. 6/28/2002

Upon arrival it was immediately disappointing because we were taken to a room with a view of the parking lot and no balconey. The internet add stated the rooms had balconies or terraces...WRONG. We opted to change our reservations to the sister property The Reach and was very satisfied with the property. The desk clerk was very cooperative in helping us change our reservations and obtaining a room for us. more

Nice, but watch your wallet 5/21/2002

This is a very nice property, but does not offer the value others in its price range do. The staff doesn't give you the warm, cozy, we'll take care of everything feeling you get from comparably priced hotels. Also, they get you for every little thing ($4.00 for in room coffee pack?), and are somewhat misleading--the "Deluxe Island View" turned out to be a view of a parking lot. Pros: Nice pools, jacuzzi, Good restaurant, Ocean-front Cons: Cost to value, gift shop more
