Cary Reconstruction Co Inc

I decided to write this review after receiving a great deal of help and support from the folks at Cary Reconstruction Company during a time when our home was in crisis. We recently had a bathroom pipe connector break during the middle of the night and awoke to find water covering the wood in our hallway, the vinyl flooring in our kitchen, and a portion of the carpet in our den.\r \r Our insurance company recommended we call CRC for an assessment of the damage. I didn't know quite what to expect, however, the receptionist was so kind and helpful that I immediately felt at ease...\r \r She assured me that someone would be out to assess our situation and shortly after receiving that call we had someone at our door. Marcus Ladd not only assessed the extent of the damage, but explained what was happening under the flooring in each area and the reason for the order of each step in the process. I appreciated this knowledge as it helped me to understand what would be taking place and it made me feel that CRC would be doing everything possible to get our home back in order for the long term.\r \r While the floors were in the drying process, several visits were made to check the progress. Nate Mullins met with me to explain the renovation process and explained his part in overseeing the next steps in getting our house back in living condition. He was also extremely helpful in guiding us through our meetings with Thads of Carpet One.\r \r We met with Thads, made our choices, and before we knew it, our home was back in order! We are thrilled with the workmanship and thankful for the guidance we received along the way. It was so nice to work with so many people who really care about what they do!!! We'll definitely use them again in future repairs and renovations!!! more

They do a great job. The managers are fast, reliable, and friendly. The company responded fast after a tree fell on my house during a storm late at night. They quickly covered the roof to protect from rain and the next day work diligently to help fix my roof. I was highly impressed at how quickly and efficiently completed the job. I couldn't say anything bad about them. more

CRC-Greensboro is fantastic. The entire team is professional and they really cared. A water leak on the first floor caused some fans and other stuff to dry it out and it was hot. After those 3 days they rocked and rolled and put our house back together. It looks amazing and great quality. Pain in the but to go through during the holidays, but the team showed how much they cared and they are all service driven. 1 small paint touch up and they came back the next day to touch it up. Recommend to anyone. more

As a Realtor in the area I often run across a home with strong odors. I called CRC recently with such a home and they immediately and professionally eliminated the odors! If you ever run into strong cigarette smells....CRC can take care of it for you! I have used them before in remediating water damaged hardwoods as well... Highly recommend. more

We went with the insurance preffered contractor CRC, and are more than satisfied. The crew came in and did exactly what they said they would. The project was to take 3.5 months and they had us back in 10 wks 5 days! They were all very professional, on time, and communicated well. I wish I could add pics here to show the great craftsmanship! I will always recomend CRC. 5 stars all the way!!! more

This is many months late in coming. But I want to thank CRC. We have a devastating fire in Oct 2012 It was due to arson next door. On the day after I was of the opinion that we would be left with nothing. Our wonderful insurance company called in CRC. They came in and rescued much of what We would have written off. Some of what was saved was not worth much monetary wise. But was important emotionally. CRC 's team were not only efficient but they were also kind and caring. Words can never express how much what they did for us meant. Thank you so much. \r They are the right people for this type work. more
