If anyone was planning on getting LASIK do not use Dr Harvey Carter!!! My mom went in to get a lens put in and he put the wrong one in. No apology what so ever!!! The van driver was bringing her home and he's the one who figured it out. more

Thumbs Down For Carter Eye IntraLASIK 12/30/2011

IntraLASIK done on December 19th, 2011. The experience was regrettable and $3,745.00. Dr Carter did not take care of my eyes, never even looked into them. I see 20/50 and am so unhappy. Every red flag I felt told me to leave that day as we sat from 11:30 AM-7:00 PM. My instincts told me to leave that day. Wish I did. Going to get a necessary second opinion. Carter Eye Center was Awesome!! 1/17/2011

My husband and I got lasik at Carter Eye Center in Dallas Texas last month and we could not recommend a better place to have such an important surgery. My husband went on and on about how great the staff and Dr. Harvey Carter were at the initial appointment, the surgery, and the follow up visit. We had heard good things about them (a friend of ours got laser eye surgery here about 8 years ago and she is still seeing perfectly.) more

A+ Service at the Carter Eye Center Optical Department 1/7/2011

I have been going to Carter Eye Center for about 2 years. Since I was kid, I have had different eye issue like infections and things of that nature. I first chose them because they are close to where I live but I am really glad that I found them. more

My experience with Carter Eye Center was Perfect 12/22/2010

I have been wearing glasses for over 47 years. I do not think that I ever thought that there was a day that I would be able wake up in the morning, open my eyes and just be able to see clearly. I guess that when I was younger, a surgery like LASIK was thought of as way too expensive. I have to thank my husband for the wonderful Christmas present that he gave me! more

Had LASIK with Dr. Harvey Carter ? No Complaints Here!! 12/3/2010

I had a very successful LASIK surgery with Dr. Harvey Carter at the Carter Eye Center here in Dallas. The surgery was VERY quick?MUCH quicker than I expected, painless, easy, and I have had no side effects at all. I had the surgery about 6 months ago. The staff was really nice and Dr. Carter was nice too. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that wants lasik surgery. more
