I normally go to the Nissan Service center in Long Beach, but when I drove by the other day and there was nothing there, I realized it had closed. I was a bit miffed that I had to drive ""4 minutes down the 405"" (that's what the sign said).
I was just going to go and see if I could make an appointment but came out a little while later with my car fixed, super friendly service from Jack, the awesome rep that helped me, and a smile on my face. I am no longer ""miffed"" and would drive the extra 4 minutes in a heartbeat and of course recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a smooth, unobtrusive experience at a car lot. (and...I actually got my car fixed without any hassle).
