Quality Products and Excellent Service 5/22/2012

I have worked with Carroll Printing for several years now. They have always been incredibly helpful. I work at a high school and they have printed our prom tickets, as well as providing us with prom favors, senior gifts and teacher appreciation gifts. I cannot say enough good things about them and would recommend them to anyone. more

Printing and promotional products 5/10/2012

I found Carroll Printing on line when I fired by last printing company and was impressed that they had been in business since 1921. Ms. Debbie, Ronn and Bryan have taken very good care of all our printing needs with such a great attitude considering we are high maintenance customers. We get everything from them like caps, coffee tumblers, shirts with company logo, pens, note pads, three different sizes envelopes for two companies, three part Bill of Ladings and much, much more. They never screw up our orders and we are very pleased with the quality of service we receive. I highly recommend them for all your promotional needs and more. more

Great service, competetive pricing, quick turnaround times 8/15/2011

Bryan and Matt are great guys to work with. I can't recommend these guys highly enough. I had made some dummy errors I made on my own letterhead. Matt was able to make the corrections and get them printed and back to me in no time. Bryan made the deal happen though. From start to finish he was there to handle all the changes I wanted, never increasing his bid and working with me on a reasonable price. I'll be headed back to them soon for multiple projects. these guys can do everything! more

Satisfaction Guranteed 6/1/2009

Im kind of new in town and needed to find a place where I could get my flyers done for an upcoming event. Not only did I need them designed and printed but also mailed. I knew the artwork I wanted, and with only a few days left till the deadline to get them mailed to have time for promotion I was stressed. I called Carroll Printing after coming across them on the internet and they came through. Very Satisfied with Order 4/7/2009

Recently placed an order for over 100 shirts of various types and sizes, with two different logos needed. They worked with me to get my artwork just as I wanted, and a couple weeks later, I had my shirts. They look terrific. Very Happy 3/29/2009

I just moved to Houston a few months ago and my business moved with me. I was in need of a new print shop to print my business cards and other promotional needs. I found Carroll Printing via a search engine and contacted them as I had some immediate needs to get new business cards printed ASAP!!!! They worked me into their schedule and produced outstanding cards quickly. I am now using them for my embroidery needs as well. I have worked with other print shops in the past and Carroll is far above the rest. They have a staff that is willing to go out of their way to work with you and make sure that the job is exactly the way you want it before going to press. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!!! Excellent Customer Service 9/29/2008

Talk about coming through in a pinch! A week after Hurricane Ike, I needed flashlights - camo flashlights. You couldn't find a flashlight in Houston after the storm, and I needed 30 of them! Within 24 hours, Debbie found exactly what I needed, and met my deadline a day early. Prime example of customer service at its best. Thanks, Debbie! more

The Employees of Carroll Printing & Promotions have went out of their way to help us. They have serviced the various Health & Safety Teams at Shell Oil Products, Deer Park Refinery. We use them for our safety awareness items for our employees. They provide banners, posters and signs to supplement our safety programs. Service is in a courteous and timely manner. Highest quality for all printing needs 9/24/2008

We are very happy to have found Carroll Printing. What ever our needs Bryan and his highly skilled staff can get the job done. We are the unions from Harley-Davidson and the 105th reunion anniversary was fast approaching. We contacted Bryan and asked for 10000 shop rags that also needed design work printed to reflect the 105th celebration. In less that 3 weeks time, Carroll Printing designed the artwork, found the material, worked around the clock and delivered on time. Pros: great friendly service, fantasic artwork & design more
