I have received a number of beautiful Carreras pieces of jewelry and treasure each one. Last summer my husband and I celebrated our40th anniversary and Sally found the perfect bracelet with 40 diamond/sapphire links. I have a gold charm bracelet with my children and grandchildren each represented by a charm. My birth month is June and I have a lovely solitaire pearl ring flanked by diamonds. As the song goes, "these are a few of my favorite things." It goes without saying that helping a customer choose the perfect piece of jewelry is a defining quality of Carreras. From costly to not so expensive, there are items for everyone to meet so many of life's celebrated occasions. How meaningful it is to have a piece of jewelry that reminds you of a birth, a wedding, a graduation, just to name a few of these occasions. I am always greeted with a smile at Carreras and know I will have a helpful, successful experience there. Customer service is so important. I must add that the expertise of the sales people is so appreciated. They know their jewelry and are happy to share their knowledge so that the customer feels more knowledgeable about a purchase. Richmond is fortunate to have Carreras and I am fortunate to have some of its jewelry. more

    Our certified gemologist appraiser and graduate gemologist,Tami Toms,received her certifications from the American Gem Society and Gemological Institute of America. Our American Gem Society accredited lab allows us to provide our customers with detailed and accurate appraisals for insurance purposes. Jewelry appraisals should be updated every 3 to 5 years. With an updated appraisal,our certified gemologist will give you and your insurance company peace of mind.
