carr pools helped me ALOT. i went in to but a new motor for my pump. the price was reasonable and a lady there showed exactly how to hook it up... well i don't follow directions ...

For the most part the people at Carr's are friendly and helpful. However, there is one man there, presumably the owner, that is one of the most rude people I have ever dealt with...

carr pools helped me ALOT. i went in to but a new motor for my pump. the price was reasonable and a lady there showed exactly how to hook it up... well i don't follow directions very well and it didn't work. i took all the parts in and she put everything together for me and it worked great.. i do agree though the guy is really cranky.. more

Carr Pools & Spas--DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! 7/23/2009

For the most part the people at Carr's are friendly and helpful. However, there is one man there, presumably the owner, that is one of the most rude people I have ever dealt with. My wife went in to have the water checked, and I told her what chemicals I wanted her to get, and the man didn't think she should get those and basically told her to get her chemicals elsewhere. I will NEVER do any business with Carr again, and I urge everyone to do the same. more
