I had a very good experience with Carpets Plus Outlet. Their customer service was excellent! The way they their conduct business is very professional. I went to them for laminate flooring, and it turned out beautifully! There was one minor problem, and they came back and took care of it without any question and in a very efficient manner. I was very happy with their cooperation! more

We've used Carpets Plus three times in the past couple of months, and we're going to use them again very soon. The first thing we had them do was some blinds in two rooms, which turned out just tremendous. We were really happy with them. Then we had them do some linoleum for the bathroom, the stairwell, and the hallway. Again, it was just tremendous.The gentleman that put it in, when he was laying it all out, he had it cut, and he called me over and said to look at it closely. The sun was coming in through the window and you could see a mark in the linoleum. He said, "I could either lay this for you now, or I could go get something better for you. You've got to decide what to do." I said, "Let's go ahead and get it right the first time." He said okay, and we got a call that afternoon that they'd get the linoleum back within three days. Then he came right back out and laid it for us. The third time we used them they re-carpeted two rooms for us, the living room and the dining room. They went out of their way helping us -- they even helped us pick the colors for the room, and basically we just love it. It really turned out really neat. And we're not done yet. We've got another room that we're getting them to do the floors for. They're just outstanding. more

I had a very, very, good experience with Carpets Plus Outlet. I believe I have used them at least one other time in the past, but that was many years ago. Recently, they installed a laminate floor in my living room, kitchen, and hallway. The installers were great. They arrived on time, were cordial, and the install went well. I would recommend them to anyone. more

Carpets Plus Outlet really knows what they are doing. They are a wonderful company to work with. The carpet layers were extremely knowledgeable with what they were doing. They did what they had to do and they did it. Then they put back all of my furniture back in the right place. They really cleaned up well. Very complete work. more

Carpets Plus Outlet gave us great service. They worked with our schedule and did a fine job installing carpet for our entire house. Everyone on the crew was courteous, professional, and hardworking. The prices were comparable. I do wish that they consulted us on the dividers that they used between the carpet and wood flooring, since I would have chosen different ones but otherwise, they did a really nice job. more

Carpets Plus Outlet made it really easy to install new carpet in our home. It was really easy to schedule with them and everything else went similarly smoothly. I have nothing but good things to say! After 12 years of dealing with old floors, I called them to redo my entire condo, including two bathrooms, kitchen, and entry-way. Everything was wonderful; there was no problem at all. I asked all the right questions, and they provided insightful, knowledgeable answers. It was an easy process. Neil came over, gave me the estimate, and a few days later we went from there. They also installed two new toilets, which is a lot of work! I expressed how happy I was when I paid. more

Carpets Plus provided good customer service, and they really explain what they are doing. We used them in our old house, and we just recently used them again in our new home. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and just all around nice people. They did a nice job, and they did not leave a mess. They put in vinyl flooring, and it looks wonderful. Purchased an Amendoim engineered hardwood floor for my kitchen. The quality and price was excellent. Matt did a fabulous job installing the floor. Go there for your flooring - wood, laminate, carpet needs. You will not be disappointed!!!! more

We went to the Carpets Plus Outlet showroom to inquire about shades. A representative came to our home to help us make a selection. He brought catalogs with different patterns and samples. He helped us choose an appropriate set of shades for our bedroom. We had no problems at all scheduling someone to come out for the installation. They gentleman who came was very friendly and knew what he was doing. He installed the two rolls of shades. He really knew what he was doing. The shades look great, and everything is working perfectly so far. We were very pleased with our experience with Carpets Plus Outlet. more

We used Carpets Plus Outlet to have tile put in our kitchen and bathroom, and carpet put in our living room. I rate them all fives because they got everything done when we needed it finished. They were also very polite and friendly the whole time more

My experience with Carpets Plus Outlet was just excellent. I would rate them higher than five stars if I could! It all started when I walked into their store. I was met with friendly people who were very helpful. Victor was the one who waited on me. He was extremely patient as he walked me around the many different carpets to choose from. He explained the weight, characteristics, and just everything I needed to know about them. After the carpeting, I purchased some window blinds. Everything with that was a good experience, as well. I had done a lot of comparison shopping, and I very strongly believe that with Carpets Plus Outlet, I got the best price for the best quality product. I'm not saying it was the least expensive, but it was definitely worth my money. They came to do the installations in my home, as well. The delivery was on time, and the installers worked quickly. I was very pleased with the installation. If you want the best experience from the most knowledgeable people, you should go to Carpets Plus Outlet. I will certainly be going back for the second phase of my renovations! more

Carpet Plus Outlet installed vinyl plank flooring in our entire upstairs. They also put woodwork around the flooring to finish it off and installed carpeting on the stairs. It was our first time using them, and everything turned out very nice. They seemed like perfectionists at what they do. Their pricing was outstanding! They were very prompt, and they were there when they said they were going to be. They were more than happy to answer any questions I had when I stopped in. They are very nice people in general! more

I used Carpets Plus Outlet for overall carpets throughout the entire home. They were very efficient and very thorough. I witnessed a lot of the work going on and it was very professional. Everything looks really good. All of us here are impressed with the finish work. It was projected it would take a whole day to rip out all the carpet and the next day, the new carpet would be installed but they managed to finish sooner than expected. They finished the next day installing the carpet by noon. Very quick! more

They were extremely helpful. They didn't try to push just one type of carpet, they showed me a wide range. They took a lot of time with me, and were extremely friendly and courteous. Their prices were the most reasonable in the whole area and I got a better quality carpet. more

As a first time home buyer having no idea where to begin, Heather, Victor, and Matt could not have made my experience any better. The individualized expertise and attention given by Heather to me went above and beyond the call of duty. She helped explained and guided me in my choices of flooring, paint colors, and even came to the house to be sure everything was going to work...I could not have done it without her! Victor gave great advise when he came out to measure my flooring and carpeting, and Matt installed the flooring as if he was completing the project in his own home. After contacting me for my approval Matt called out a plumber for me when an issue occurred in one of my bathrooms as he was putting down the flooring. I cannot thank Carpets Plus enough for their professional yet family atmosphere and the guidance they gave me each step of the way. I highly recommend without reservation that if you want a professional yet family owned atmosphere for your next flooring or carpet purchase use Carpets Plus! You will never regret the decision!
