Carpet was OK, installers were good, and customer service was awful. Salesman Thomas Chappell lied about calling me to inform me of a $80 price increase from his quote. As a matter of fact, he never called or returned any one of my 3 calls to him. I do not recommend them, and will never go back. Document everything with them and even then, really watch them. On second thought, just go elsewhere. more
