Carpet Wagon

Wasted time When I call for the online promotion, he told me that $2.97 per sf is for material and installation. Also, I asked for demolish cost and he said it would be minimal. However when the at home sales came to measure the home, the guy said different. Estimate was around $12,000 for about 1,200 sf. It's about $10 per sf. What is this? A joke? How $2.97 become $10? It was waste time for me to make an appointment with this company for in home measurement. 1 star is too great for this company. more

The only person who was ever on time was the salesman. He gave us our price and an install date, he even confirmed it on his laptop that they had the material in stock and it wouldn't be a problem. The install date comes around and we find out they suddenly don't have the carpet in stock and it needs to be ordered which will take another week and a half. We tried to back out of the contract because they weren't fulfilling their part of the bargain and the whole point of going with them was they said they could give us what we wanted on that particular date, but unfortunately they had our down payment and were not going to give it back. They also said we would have to pay a restocking fee, to which I argued they never even had the product in stock in the first place! I went down to their store front in Glendale, which is on the corner of ghetto and slum, and got the run around there by all the employees who are obviously in on the scam. I was hesitant about getting there services because of some negative reviews, but when I tried contacting them I found out that those feedback where just rumors.... They have the most professional installer and on top of that is the price are affordable... Thanks guys more

We have a very oddly shaped hallway and staircase. We couldn't figure how to warm it up with area rugs because of the odd shapes. We thought we were going to have a difficult time figuring it out but we got some great advice from our salesperson . All the work was done here at home so every piece fit perfectly. The best part was that even with our modest budget we were able to get custom pieces for our home. We would definately recommend it. more

We had hardwood laminate flooring installed one year and one month ago. The original installation was slapdash with gaps between a few of the planks, but I didn't want to be difficult and figured I could live with a few gaps. Then this month the laminate started to separate from the floorboard and chip off in my baby's room. The company refused to repair/ replace without charging us. Apparently their installation is only good enough to last one year....which is exactly as long as their installation warranty. Bottom line, a company that wont stand behind it's products and workmanship. Avoid at all costs. more
