I grew up with Mark, the owner of Carpet Pros. He's the one that came out and did my carpets for me. He just did a very good job, and I've known him forever. John Mork more

Carpet Pros was recommended to me by my son. I called on a Saturday to see if he could clean the carpets for me. He was unable to do the job on Saturday but he came on Sunday, which was his day off. This was great because I was getting my furniture delivered on Monday. I would use them again. more

Carpet Pros did a great job and I really liked the results. They were very friendly and willing to help me. I am planning to get my other three rooms done and I will be using them again. I was very satisfied. more

The worker from Carpet Pros showed up 15 minutes early and went right to work. I followed him around because I like to watch these kinds of things and I thought he did a good job. Whenever I asked him a question, he thoroughly explained what he was doing. more

Carpet Pros is always professional. If I have any issues, Mark addresses them. If I see something ahead of time, he says not to worry about it and that he will take care of it. If anything doesnt come out right, they will come fix it. Basically, they're totally awesome. They're the only ones who do our rugs. more

I must admit that carpet pros is pretty awesome. They are fast and efficient. I'll definately use this cleaning company for all of my carpet needs. more

We are a Chiropractic office and we only use Carpet Pros to clean our carpets. I have only ever worked with Mark, and he is a really great guy. He is always on time. If he is there while patients arrive, he is always professional, and makes sure that things are out of the way. We've never had a problem.
