Lots of area rugs and carpet to chose from at Carpet Liquidators. The owner helped me directly. i had carpet installed within a couple of days and I had a great experience. The store was recommended to us by one of our neighbors. Good deal and good experience. more

Good deal 4/10/2007

The phone book brought us to the internet to see if we could find any reviews. As it turned out we did get accurate information about Carpet Liquidators. A couple of stores are on the better bus1ness bureau do not buy from list which was helpful for us to know. We had a very good experience. Not a lot of pressure to buy. We are happy with our carpet and tile and would recommend them. Pros: good service, low pressure Cons: location was far from our home more

Very Happy 4/2/2007

We saw the ad in the phone book and began our research. We visited several stores and Carpet LIquidators had the most honest people that we found. We went in three times and we dealt with two different people. Both people were honest and one even talked us out of upgrading our under padding which we appreciated. In other reviews and with people we talked with we heard that the companies can make a lot of money from you by 'upgrading' the pad. We did not have to pay for our measure to be done. more

Quick turnaround and great service 3/20/2007

I own rental homes and manage properties for others. I had Carpet Liquidators work on a home for me at the beginning of February and the work was done on time and at a very reasonable price. The installation work was good and they have good follow up after the sale. I will use them again. Pros: good installation. Good sales man Cons: not close to where I live. was not easy to find more

good deal 3/14/2007

did alot of shopping around and went with these guys for a few reasons. i felt like they were honest and that they did not try to sell me something i did not need. the pricing was very fair and what we saw on the online reviews was true. they do have a lot to chose from and you can also order in like at the other stores we went to. our best deal was to chose from what they have on the floor and that is quite a bit. the installation work was very good and they do clean up afterwards and we got several calls after to make sure we were happy. I did a fair amount of reading and research regarding the carpet and wood that we were going to use in our house. My search took me to this site where I saw reviews for Carpet Liquidators, but I also looked at Shawfloors website and was directed back to Carpet Liquidators from that site. Very Happy 2/24/2007

I found this store after doing some on line research and checking out a few stores and feeling like this is as bad a business as the used car business. The online reviews for Carpet Liquidators were good and I was trying to get my rental home ready to try to sell it. when i told the sales person what i was trying to do, he directed me to EXACTLY what I was looking for, he didn't try to 'upsell' me or change the price, or charge me for a measure which is a common trick to get more money out of you. They had what I was looking for, the salesman actually followed me to the house and measured it right then. I had the carpet put in within a couple of days and it worked out just fine. I would recommend this store. Pros: They were honest and didn't charge me extra for taking the old carpet out, for padding andfor the measure more

we had a great experience, very similar to what the other internet reviews were saying. we shopped a couple of the other stores and everyone wanted measure fees, the wait was in the weeks for what we wanted. this store, the main one at Pecos/Trop is huge. it's almost overwhelming. what others gave us for a time to come out and measure the house in was the time that we got our carpet installed in. the pricing was good and everyone was great from the sales guy to the installers. they seem to care about the work and we have had several calls from the managers and owner after the fact to make sure we got what we wanted. i would highly recommend. Pros: service was terrific. we got what we wanted and the price was right. Cons: nothing i can think of. more

Great experience 12/6/2006

I couldn't be happier with our experience. my wife and i just finished the last of the remodeling of our home and waited longer than we probably should have for the carpet/flooring. We live near the Pecos Carpet Liquidators store and went in on a Wednesday, by the end of the day someone came out to measure and by the end of the day we had new carpet in 3 bedrooms, our living room/family room and in the dining room. Home Depot told us they could be out to measure either on Friday or Monday--these guys had the job done. About a week later the owner, Harry Jacobs, called me to ask me about the service, the experience and everything else. It was terrific. I highly recommend these guys. Pricing was good too. Pros: very quick to come measure, the installers were very professional and vaccumed the house when they were done Cons: none really more

Great service, OUTSTANDING installation and follow up after the sale 10/13/2006

I recently had the pleasant experience of shopping at Carpet Liquidators Warehouse and i must admit that I had an experience that was second to none. The first thing that caught my attention was the overall amount of carpet in the store--they claim 100,000 yards, and I don't doubt it. The sales person was very pleasant (CindY) and my carpet was installed within 1 day of buying it. I'm not only thrilled with the job, BUT, the sales person called me after the sale, the installation manager called me the next day and like a week later the owner of the company called to thank me for the business and to make sure that everyone 'did the right thing' as he put it--his name was Harry something or other. The installers were great and this was a great experience. Pros: great service, they showed up on time, installed RIGHT AWAY and seemed to care about everything more
