Dear Mr. Bauer I recently purchased granite and jewel stones from your store. I worked with Nancy Serwatka and felt I should write you to compliment you in having such a dedicated and wonderful associate. Nancy was extremely helpful in the selection of the jewel stones which I was matching to existing granite and she came to my home on her day off to measure for the backsplash I was getting ready to install. When the jewel stones did not come in as originally scheduled she personally went to the distributor picked them up so there would not be a delay in my tile installers scheduled installation.
