Carpet Design Center located at 8000 Landers Rd. Sherwood, AR 72117 is absolutely the worst company my wife & I have ever dealed with! Ted Limon (owner) is a liar & a joke & Abe Limon is full of B.S.!! This company does not care if you're satisfied, they just want your money! We made a poor decision to use this company & definitely would not recommend Carpet Design Center to anyone!! They schedule dates & times with you for installation, then no calls & no shows! We were scheduled for a 5 day contract for installation & after days & weeks of nocalls & noshows & lies (even from the owner) & leaving our house in a mess for this whole time period, they finally finished the project over 30 days later! But we have cracks in our grout & tiles that are not straight! To dispute & renegotiate the bill with them, Ted Limon (owner) refused to answer our phone calls, emails, faxes, & hide when we would show up in person! He would not even answer to CitiBank! Coward! Joke! Liar! This has been the worst contractor experience ever! After 3 months of trying to get them to come back & fix the problems, Once again, they were scheduled to come this morning @ 8:30am to correct the grout & tile, & sure enough, nocall & noshow! I wish the Sherwood Chamber of Commerce would realize what Carpet Design Center is doing to customers & the business they are providing to the Sherwood community & surrounding area! We have filed complaints with the Better Business B & told everyone we know the problems we have experienced! Not to mention that our 2 children have had to live throughout this entire experience as well! we have lost a lot of family time & money over this company! Carpet Design Center definitely NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
