Mark and Daniel got the job done! They did the job well and their follow up was awesome. Attention to detail and personal attention to whatever the issue make me feel that this team really cared. I meant to write this earlier but I have to share my wonderful experience with Carpet Cleaning Fort Mill. I want to express my appreciation for the very thorough and professional way this crew “attacked” my dirty carpet. That vacuum on their cleaning machine must be quite powerful because the carpet was dry a lot sooner than we have experienced in the past with other cleaning companies. Needless to say this company has a permanent customer in me. I’d recommend this firm with no hesitation at all. Also, none of the other cleaners I’ve used in the past left those plastic “booties” so we could walk on the carpet after a couple hours without getting our feet or socks wet more

Happy Customer 9/23/2013

I first used Carpet Cleaning Fort Mill to clean my bedrooms, stairs and hallway. I was so pleased with the carpet cleaning results, I had them return to clean the rest of the carpets in my home including a heavy traffic area used for my business. The results were amazing! I don’t have to worry about toxic vapors harming my small dog or post-cleaning chemical smells permeating my quilt fabric inventory. I will be calling Carpet Cleaning Fort Mill again in the near future! more

I'm the type who loves to research the heck out of companies before I give a certain one my business. That being said just know that I've done the homework for you when it comes to carpet cleaning companies in Fort Mill. Carpet Cleaning Fort Mill runs the best specials from time to time, and overall their normal pricing is under their competitors. Their customer service is bar none and their technicians know their stuff. They arrived 10 minutes early, yes I said early to my scheduled appointment and I must say that my carpets have never looked better! I have now used Carpet Cleaning Fort Mill twice to repair damaged carpet in my rental property. Their technicians know their stuff.They really can make the carpet look new again by stretching all the rippled areas and their stain removal makes the carpet look brand new! I am stubborn and tight so I usually rent a carpet cleaner to clean the carpets of my rental home myself, in-between tenants, but once I ran across a carpet cleaning special being offered by Carpet Cleaning Fort Mill I couldn't pass it up! They came out, gave me a quote, and didn't try to sell me a bunch of extras which I totally appreciated! The next day their technician came out and did a great job. Their stain removal ability is pretty impressive! I will be using Carpet Cleaning Fort Mill again for sure! more

Quality! 8/8/2013

My nephew accidentally spilled a bottle of orange paint on my new area rug. I tried every carpet cleaner on the shelf, then tried every homemade carpet cleaner recipe that I could find on pinterest. Nothing worked. Out of frustration I called Carpet Cleaning Fort Mill. They just so happened to fit me in for a same day appointment. The technician removed the stain with no sweat! I couldn't believe it! Thanks to the folks at Carpet Cleaning Fort Mill I have my beautiful area rug back stain free! more

Carpet Cleaning Fort Mill pulled no punches. When I contacted them about cleaning carpets of my home, they did a walk-thru, assessed the carpet situation and gave me a quote. They didn't try to up sale me on a single item. Carpet Cleaning Fort Mill did exactly what they said they would do for the price they quoted. They are clean, professional, kind and considerate. Will Use Again and Again 3/27/2012

I can't believe how much easier it is to just call a carpet cleaning company, specifically Carpet Cleaning Fort Mill rather than try and clean the carpet stains myself. I love animals. I have 3 cats and 2 dogs. However, with that come the problems of ugly stains and bad odors. I used to try and clean the stain myself, but I gave up. It's so much easier just to call my carpet cleaning company and have them do the work for me. If you use Carpet Cleaning Fort Mill? you will always receive great service and reasonable prices. Can't go wrong! more

Carpet Cleaning Fort Mill is a professional company who knows their products and services very well. They did a fantastic job cleaning my air ducts and carpets in less time than what I expected, and did it all on the same day. They also offered me advice on what products to buy and how to treat spots in my carpets. They were very polite and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. This is my second time using Carpet cleaning fort mill I have an old dog and keeps getting sick all around the house, I love her! But she keeps messing with my carpets it started to smell horrible in here she threw up and pooped all over I could not handle it, it was just so gross so I called carpet cleaning fort mill to clean up the mess for me they didn?t even mind they just did an amazing job and gave me some tips on how to deal with the situation better next time! Good work by carpet cleaning Fort Mill. I was really happy with my tile cleaning. My tile never had been cleaned before and I really was happy all the gunk came right off. They had the best products. They were also all green so we didn?t have to smell any bad fumes. They really did an excellent job. more

Carpet cleaning Fort mill came out to my home to clean my mattress. My son had a small accident and it went through the sheets and soaked into my new mattress. All I could see is a yellow stain. The guys were here on time got right to work and even made me feel at ease. This company really was great the mattress looked good again. more

I called carpet cleaning Fort Mill to have my love seat and ottoman cleaned. They were very professional on the phone and I was happy to have they come to my home. The love seat and ottoman looked beautiful. The dirt came right up they put a scotch gard to protect it as well. The price was great I will use them again for carpet cleaning next. more

I called carpet cleaning Fort Mill to clean my oriental rugs. I was worried because I never had my rugs cleaned before. My cats decided to use the rugs as a litter box. Carpet cleaning fort mill has a special cleaning for me which was there pet service. I was really glad they told me about that service my rugs smelled wonderful again and looked great. Carpet cleaning Fort mill did a fabulous job on my carpets. I had toner spill on the carpet and some red stains. Carpet cleaning Fort Mill was able to get me in right away. I needed my carpets cleaned due to I use my home as a business and I have some clients coming. They were able to get my carpets cleaning than they ever had been. I was really impressed. more
