I deal with Carousel as an owner who rents out the house. I have nothing but great things to say about Carousel AND Kelley! We tried managing on our own for a few years and just got reamed right and left. Ever since we found Carousel about three years ago, our property has been consistently rented, our property has been maintained, and we've received our rent on time every single month with the exception of a couple of months ago, when they were changing banks and things got a bit screwed up for awhile. But all is clear now, and Kelley and Mary are both great. Hiring Carousel Properties to manage our rental home was the absolute best decision we've ever made in regards to this property! more

I lived in one the Carousel properties for 1.5 years and I would rent from them again. I found the maintenance crew and my property manager to be the best part of the rental agreement. The maintenance guy is always super friendly, prompt and extremely helpful. Seriously, he will go out of his way to do anything for you. As for my property manager, well, she is the best thing that could have happened to Carousel. She is professional, extremely fair and very quick to meet the tenant’s needs and concerns. She, too, is always easy to contact and reason with. I would rent from them again and certainly recommend them to others. more

Carousel Properties has been a pleasure to work with over the last few years. They are active, have great marketing techniques, and never leave any of my 5 residential condos vacant. I’m know they juggle a ton of properties but I have never been left in the dark and they are very good communicators. I am the type of person that likes to know every single detail, and they always deliver whenever I need it. Here’s to many more years. more

Carousel Properties has been great, I've got only good things to say! I had a budget and they found me a place that I could afford and I love it. It's been over a year and it's still going so great. When I need any repairs done around the house they have someone here within a day and it's never an issue. Call them first if you're thinking about moving to the area! more

It was a pleasure having them as my management company and they were very good to deal with. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly, same or next day, and they were very responsive whenever I called or emailed about anything else. Very friendly and courteous people too. more

Great! 2/27/2012

I am often out of town and that requires I have a management company back at home so that I can relax while away. They did a great job with all the properties and have kept it rented out, which is very important. Overall they have been a great help and well worth the expense. more
