This is the WORST shopping experience I ever have. The test prep books are far overpriced. The prices are doubled what is marked on the market!! I just tried to return the BRAND NEW books which are not even a page flipped after knowing I was RIPPED OFF! ( I found the same books at another store which is half price of what I paid!!!) And I was rejected!!!! The owner does not know what the best customer practice is at all. She just tried to cover herself with what she called the ""store policy"". Come on! She is the one who set up the policy! How could you turn down a customer who was just asking for a fair trade and a reasonable refund? If it is just a couple dollars more than what is average marked on the market, I can accept and honor that. However, the item is double-priced!!!!! And the owner was so mean and straight that she didn't even care about you who could be a returning customer. How could you do your business with such bad customer services nowadays? Of course, now I decided I would never go back to the store and would not recommend anyone to go shopping there. Folks, there are many other resources out there that are far way cheaper and reasonable! more

My Favorite Place to stop for all classroom needs at the beginning of every school year! Carol School Supply is always neat and clean. The employees are happy to assist with any question or request presented to them. If you're an educator and haven't stopped in yet, it truly is a must. If not an educator, it is still a great place to find varieties of educational materials suitable for all ages. Overall, Carol School Supply is Fantastic! more

This store was a waste of my time! Not only are the people rude, they are over priced. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone and am wondering if the others who gave this store 5 stars are either workers or related to the workers of this store! Go somewhere else! more

I usually just shrug off bad customer service but today's experience was so bad that I signed up for this account just to write this review. The older blond haired lady was extremely rude!!! She had the nerves to talk in front of me to someone else and started talking about how annoyed she was because she thought I had no intentions to buy anything. She then came over to me and asked me if I had any intentions of buying b/c I had looked at the same curriculum book before. Lady, if you are reading this...Customer service 101 tip: If a customer comes back to look at the same item a second time around, it's b/c they are interested not b/c they want to waste their time and have no intention to buy!!! Great place! I have heard a lot about it but have never been! I finally made my way over there recently and was blown away!!! Their staff is so helpful and accommodating. They have more then any other store in the area and are very knowledge able. I went in looking for 1 specific item and came out with about 5 other unique and amazing items! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Carol's is a great store for all diff types of school supplies and has great staff and friendly service. I have taught for many years and haven't found a better place for classroom exercise material. more

Carol's is the best! The staff at Carol's are so helpful and so knowledgeable about books, toys, and educational material that are age appropriate for your child. Mary is the most outstanding sales associate and can help anyone find anything. Go to Carol's if your looking for toys, school supplies, or birthday gifts for your kids!
