Carol House Furniture

I love the big store up North but don't live close enough to get there frequently. The Valley Park store is close and convenient. I just love their furniture, they have lots of items that are exactly my taste. What I really love is that they have super deals on accessories. In-store markdowns that are very reasonable and some that are downright cheap. They carry Uttermost products which I love. They are easy to deal with and have always worked with me on pricing which is the most important thing of all. I will always shop at Carol House, I just love it. more

What a great place to browse and find interesting and functional furniture we didn't find anywhere else. Aisles and aisles of good quality items. And the salespeople will actualy let you wander around by yourself and discover things until you want their help. I thought the prices were great and yet they still gave us more discounts when we made the final purchase. Everything was in stock and was delivered within 3 days. I love this place! more

We have just made our 2nd purchase at Carol House and we are always amazed at the quality selection. Reasonable prices and high quality furniture. We were only there and hour and our salesperson showed us everything we needed and we were able to purchase 5 minutes before closing with no problem. Great customer service. more

My husband and have not purchased any furniture in the last 7 years. We visited 10 local furniture and came back to Carol House, Valley Park for one reason. The reason was their salesperson, Patty Makarewicz. She was knowledge, helpful and didn't hover. She answered our questions with patience. She was the determining factor as well as the selection at the store. It was refreshing to not be pressured by impatient sales people. We will buy from her in the future. more

Once again, I found exactly what I needed at Carol House Furniture! It's been a few years since I furnished my home with many pieces from Carol House. I needed to find a Recliner for my husband's recovery with his upcoming shoulder surgery. Not wanting to spend a lot of money for that purpose, I looked at the wholesale club, consignment shops, & the personal ads. Nothing I felt comfortable with until last night as I was driving home from work I thought of Carol House. I called 1st to see if they carried any recliners in their discounted room; Mark checked & called me back promptly, he had 5. I stopped in, went directly to the chairs, tested them out for comfort & ability to move with ease. I purchased a CatNapper- Big, Red & will be very comfy for my husband & easy to move as it's electronic. Mark, having been with CH for several years was great! He took me directly to the chairs & didn't try to hard sell me on anything else; he knew what I needed & supplied that need. I'm moving in the near future & hope to be back with Mark purchasing more furniture for our new home! more

You know how they say, ""Because you like nice things""? Well, I like nice people and at Carol House in Valley Park, they are nice people who will be happy to show you nice things in their showroom. I needed quite a few items and Chad was more than happy to give me all the time I needed to look over the entire store. They have a huge selection and it is a pleasure to shop at Carol House. more
