Carol House is good on variety. HOWEVER, you will pay for that variety in the end.\r \r I purchased 1 couch, 2 large accent chairs, extra large dining table, 10 dining room chairs, headboard, night-stand and dresser there and they would not give me a discount for buying all my furniture at one place. Seriously? Thats crazy, I spent so much money to not get a bundle discount or any type of discount. I paid the full price on everything. Thats crap!\r \r PLUS, I purchased all of this and they will only deliver it to me on Wednesdays during the day? Ummmm how do you think I am paying for all this furniture? I WORK, therefore being at my house on a Wednesday morning isn't ideal. Great customer service. \r \r The furniture is good. Better than weekends only or anything like that which is nice. But again, you pay a pretty penny for it. more

The Best Place to Buy Furniture in St. Louis 11/1/2011

Hello. I love interior design and i am always looking for ways to make my home beautiful. Shopping for furniture is one of my favorite past times. Whenever I am in the mood for something new I visit Carol House. The furnishings, accessories, art etc. are unique, beautiful and of good quality. The prices are very reasonable too. The sales people are friendly and helpful. I typically shop around but I always end up buying from them. They always have just what i like. more

After shopping for the right sofa for our greatroom, my husband and I returned to carol house and found just what we BOTH liked. Both Steven and Daryl were exceptional in assisting and being patience with me. Making such a big purchase, I wanted to be sure the color, size, and price was right. After my third visit to the store, I finally made our purchase. Can't wait to have our new sofa delivered. more

Awesome Experience 8/13/2011

We have had over 20 years of shopping experience with Carol House. We had to purchase a large amount of furniture for a new house and the designer, Melissa, was awesome to work with. The styles and selections are across the board, and the pricing is very competitive with what you can find locally or on the internet. They do a good job of showing you around the showroom and Carol House just simply has the most beautiful things in their showroom for any taste! I'm very happy with my experience here. I have been shopping at Carol House furniture for 20 years and they are the number one furniture store in the St. Louis Missouri area. Carol House has a awsome Sales and Customer Service Team. They always greet you with a smile and welcome you into their store. Their Sales Team really do an awsome job showing me around their showroom. Carol House has very beautiful furniture and accessories and all of their products seem to be very good quality. Most of my entire house has been furnished out of Carol House Furniture and I am very happy with it. more

Their staff---Rick, Corey, Stacey, Stephanie, and of course, Brook,---is magnificent! We have re-equpped our home's rooms various times to update and make them gorgeous---using Carol House's products. Their enormous selection makes it possible to find what you really want without running all over St. Louis. While ordering new love seats for our room addition, I searched the internet for rugs that would co-ordinate with our colors. I checked out over 800 carpets/rugs virtually, and then went back to our first Carol House rug selection that worked beautifully. I've searched all over St. Louis for comfortable furniture in previous years. Now, I only go to Carol House! more

It was a very good experience. We had a salesman named Corey, who was very knowledgeable and not pushy. The selection was the best I have seen and the prices were good. They have the nicest and best quality. more
