This is a nice physical therapy office. The people are very nice and competent. They do, however, like to push certain services. For example, they do like to push for one of their people to go to your worksite to perform ergonomic evaluations - especially if it is a workers' comp injury. I'm not sure if they are generally concerned, or if it is just another way to make money. They also own Walnut Pier, an adjacent gym. So, naturally, they really push for you to join the gym so that you can do independent exercises. Once again, this is really pushed if you are a workers' comp patient.
