Very good place to live, clean and remodel. Interior is awesome. Landscape is maintained with friendly staff. Management has always treat me and my family very well. Always courteous and attentive. I think Carmel Crest is one of the nicest places in the area. more

very drug infested manager and her staff are using illicit drugs lots of racial favortism own managers will tow your car and blam towing when she called manager is always high whereing dark shades lowers rent with drug dealers and puts complaints on your door that are false she is so high and dillusional she lets sex offenders live there with staff mainnatce will go in your home and snoop aroundwhen no one is home very bad place they are Known to piss off very good tennats and make them look bad PLEASE DONT RENT HERE!!!personal expeiriance save yourself the drama UNSAFE area lots of murders there and gangs bad ROACH problems car break ins And sex offenders being siccos biggist mistake of our lives and thats a promise Pros: worst area ever Cons: management moves in the worst kind of people.Crime is bad more

Bad costumer service, bad neighborhood 3/4/2009

Make yourself a favor don't even think about renting these apartments , are very small, you have to pay your own water , bad neighborhood and they overcharged from you deposit when you move out. more
