The apartment staff at Carlton Arms is always there for you in a ring of a bell. If there is ever a concern, which is very rarely, someone is glad to be right there for you in a minute, which is a very good thing to be aware of. more

I am so happy here at Carlton Arms. I have been here for about 20 years now and I dont think I will ever leave. My apartment is in great shape and the staff and my neighbors are all so nice and friendly, this is my home. more

I think the apartment I am in here at Carlton Arms is the best around. I love it here at Winter Haven, one of the main reasons I love it so much is because of the amenities I get as well. more

Carlton Arms is very efficient about everything. Anytime I need anything done, I can count on them to do it for me in a reasonable time. Everything is well kept. I really enjoy it here. more

Excellent Renting Experience! 1/21/2013

I am thankful that our place is so secure. I never have to worry about having "bad" neighbors because they tend to get weeded out. The staff here do a great job staying prompt and on top of their duties. I am planning on renewing my lease for the next few years. Everything is done very efficiently...not one thing to complain about. more

Recommend it all the time! 4/26/2012

As a single female, I love living at Carlton Arms. I feel comfortable knowing that there is security on premise all the time, so you always have someone looking out for you. Also, the 24 hour maintenance is extremely helpful for someone like me, who doesn't know how to fix things on their own. The property looks great and I recommend it all the time to people in the Winter Haven area. more

Beautiful Townhouse 4/26/2012

I have been living at Carlton Arms ever since I moved down to Florida 3 years ago. I live in one of the townhouses here and it is extremely nice and I think for what I pay I get a really good deal. The lake is right there, so there is always a beautiful view and some of the properties have porches so you can enjoy the scenery. I really couldn't be happier with my decision to rent from Carlton Arms. more
