1. How would you rate your experience with my staff? Very good, I just wish that I could have reached someone in the early morning when the accident happened. I am sure a State Farm recommended shop would have been better than the one the tow truck driver knew. 2. I was always very satisfied when dealing with everyone, even though the process took many months. 3. How would you rate the quality of the repairs? Concord Collision's work was below average but Niello Infiniti's work was exceptional. 4. Please briefly tell us about your claim experience: (this is very important) The other driver and I both had State Farm who made every effort to ensure my satisfaction (even after two years). One key factor for me was that after all the repairs to my new car; the report from CARFAX greatly depreciated its value. The settlement for lost value really helped me recover financially from the accident. I was a loyal customer before this accident but now I will not consider changing insurance companies.
